Esic and epf different registration dates issue - will there be an issue with different joining dates?
An employee joined in the month of october. the employee s pf registration has been done successfully. but i forgot to register the employee under the esic due to some other work. now when i am registering the employee details on esic the joining date is not the same as in epf. so my question is will there be an issue with different joining dates? if yes can you please guide me on how to sort out this issue. prompt reply will be highly appreciated.
Issue appointment letter after three months of joining?
Dear sir/mam greetings of the day i am working in pvt. ltd company where we issue offer letter on time. but issue appointment letter after three months of joining or may be later. i thought its not a right process. we should release appointment letter after completion of all the documentation from employee side. need your proper advice on the same and suggest the right time to issue an appointment letter. regards hr
Issue of appointment letter!!
Hi all i am handling hr functions of an it company. we recently faced problems with few new joinees who left within a week of joining. this increases our attrition rate for no good reason. though we are taking precautions and ensuring that we reduce on the bad recruitments. it was proposed by a senior member that we should count any new joinee towards recruitment / attrition only after 15 days of joining. thus we should not allot the employee id at the time of joining and should issue the appointment letter also after 15 days. though we carry on with the other joining formalities and induction etc... is this a valid thng to do need ur suggestions ls help regards bhavna

Help required urgently : problem of dual employement
There is an overlap of my joining date of current company and the release date of my previous company. i have an offer from another company. i have mailed my prospective employer about the overlapping dates and he has called me that it will not be an issue and the issue will be taken care of. i mailed them repeatedly and also explained the situation post which they have released the offer. do you think it will cause issue during the post joining bgv check?

We have employees working in our company for the past 8 months we are providing them necessary employee benefits of esi and pf and bonus as per the relevant acts. but still we did not have issued them the issue of appointment order. now we are planning to issue the appointment order. my question is: 1. can we issue the appointment order in the current date? 2. if yes can we mention their original date of joining?
