I'm an MBA student working on a project in a manufacturing organization. The organization wants to introduce a new 'campus recruitment policy' and i need to collect all the information regarding end-to-end campus recruitment process and training program design for them for BENCHMARKING. Can anyone extend their help????

In a manufacturing org, there are several types of recruitments done, preference being Production dept.
Generally campus interviews are conducted only for persons directly or indirectly related to production. For the purpose of starting campus recruitment, the first and the foremost need is for the management to decide as to how many people have to recruited through campus interview, the nature of work of the selected candidates, the period of training or probation, their career planning ie. the future in the org. if they are selected. For this purpose, the company has to provide a career planning ranging from 3 to 5 years.
It is also necessary to know at which level of the org. does it wants to recruit people through campus interviews. i.e. operators, supervisors, officers etc.
Depending upon the level, campus interview has to be arranged.
