Dear Pls clarify and work out for me
Let
basic Salary of ‘A’ be Rs. 4500
basic Salary of ‘B’ be Rs. 6500
basic Salary of ‘C’ be Rs.10000
Pls calculate the PF deductions
1. Employee contribution
2. Employer Contribution (Pension and EPF break up needed)
Here pls clarify whether the employer has to restrict his contribution to Rs. 6500 (ie., Rs. 541 towards pension and Rs. 239 towards EPF) even if basic pay is more than Rs. 6500 or equally contribute to employee's share, Suppose if basic pay is Rs. 10000 whether employer has to pay Rs. 541 towards pension and Rs.659 towards EPF.
3. EDLI is to be paid on total wages or restrict to Rs.6500 if it exceeds
4. Admn charges (A/c No2 @ 1.10%) is to be paid on total wages or restrict to Rs.6500 if it exceeds
5. Admn charges (A/c No2 @ 0.01%) is to be paid on total wages or restrict to Rs. 6500 if it exceeds.
