I am working for a reputed NGO which is an action research organization and was looking to set up the Performance Management System here.
I was wondering if anyone can help me with the questionnaire and the best system possible.
P.S. : 360 degrees is currently out of question.

Dear Payal,
We currently do not have any system in place. Currently we have the employees do presentations on their work and based on that the reporting manager & HR give their feedback in a joint discussion. I am trying to introduce a PMS but as this a NGO background, I am exploring options.
