Dear All Cite Members,

Today, I need your advice on something very important for one of my friend Sanjay Khanna :confused:who is working with an MNC in Gurgaon itself as Executive/Personal Assistant to Director with 3 to 4 years of working experience, getting good package (25 PM). He is doing MBA in HRM from Symbiosis (3rd Sam). And now he wanna change his area of function. He is very much interested to make his career in HR and wanna early start, ofcourse his doing HR but he is very :confused:confused about his career. What does he need to do?. Does he need to change his job being HR fresher? please advice.

Hi Anil,
definitely if ur frend is serious about changing his career then he have to start it as HR FRESHER.He is doing MBA from a reputed college then he def will get a good job.Even from such Institute, freshers get a good package. He is earning now 25PM,so after placement he def will get more than there is no confusion at all...being a personal assistant,he is getting exp close to HR.So tell him not to be CONFUSED ,be CONFIDENT..
Thanks & Regards,
Piyush Nandanwar
