Can anyone please let me have the Soft copy of the format of Statutory registers (Either in Excel or Word ) to be maintained under Shops and Establishment Act?
And let me know whether the employer can maintain the registers in softcopy or must ans should maintain the physical copies?

Shops & Establishment Act is not a Central Act. You are to comply with the State Rules wherein all the format of registers which are to be maintained are provided.Go through your State Act & Rules you will find the reply of your query.
