W.r.t. your line "This survey/questionnaire was used for the Production floor employees of the NTPC in year 2006", I have a query.
Do you work in NTPC?
NTPC [or any Power/Energy sector company, for that matter] DOESN'T have any department called 'Production'. There are only Erection, O&M [Operation & Maintenance] & a few other depts in the Plant-end.
