Does anybody know that HR, CSR, and Business Ethics are interrelated? They are dependent on each other. HR takes the initiative for community relations. In India nowadays, there are many companies taking initiative in community relations, for example, Vodafone and Coca-Cola. However, most companies are multinational corporations, whereas Indian corporates are far behind in this race. It is not just the duty of the government to ensure welfare for its people and nation; corporates also play a significant role.
