Hi,
I am designing Salary structure for an employee whose salary consitute 2 parts; Ist part is the fixted salary & 2nd part is performance based variable salary. Kindly let me know how to integrate fixed and variable salaries into the appointment letter.

Find the enclosed attachment for the performance based salary structure.
In Appoint letter it's to be mentioned that CTC/Salary includes performance Incentive stating the percentage or at your convenience.
