I have discussed the case with nation HR and Admin head, he have also stated the same and instructed to submit company benging i.e. laptop and data card. I have done the same but then he changed and told me to resign immediately. I have refused to resign uptill I get my salary and other settlement.

It's sad to see things like this. In my opinion you have 2 options ahead of you
1. fight it out with this company. they will eat up your time, energy and money. even if you file a case in court it will eat up more money and we all know the status of the judicial system
2. let it go and move on with your life. I know it's easier said than done but consider moving on. dont wast your time on getting stuff back from them, it is not going to happen. Look for a job else where and move on
But it's a choice and one that can only be made by you

Dear Annika,
Thanks for paying time and suggetion. I am also thinking to take 2nd option in consideration. But my other mind is opposing me to do so as I have paid time, effort andknowledge for that peoples. Its opposing me to leave a single penny of my hardwork. lets see if anybody can suggest better option.Thnaks again.
It would be highly appriciable if anybody else suggests something better.

Thanking you a lot for understandingn my problem. You have really given good suggestion to make their faces shown to whole commnity and the perfect word you used for them is "Unthical" .They have now givven me a notice stating that I have not submiited company property like computer/site master (a high value Item) which was never taken over by me. I wants to recover money of my hardwork & sweat.
Kindly, tell me the best way to tell more and more peoples about this unethical,"chor",and lier peoples.

Hi MJ this side.
You have emails professional one coming to your inbox
Then have an anonymous identity been created and post this incedent along with the company employer and management identity on to everyone and if possible on net too.
And dont bother yourself too much there are many companies who do like this like one in Goa and so called filthy giants from Delhi.
Take care.

Yes. Some of the company are doing like this.
Only thing they want u r resignation for that they are not paying and harassing.
Please do not waste some more time. Quit the job and search for good company.
