f my writing hurt anyone feelings then I do apologize for that. Can anybody tell me why some guys are so penny wise and pound foolish? From my personal experiences I have seen that--- if you try to do something new which you don’t have any prior experience, you will receive a lot of preposterous and hilarious comments which are not worth a pin’s fee.

Yeah, I am able to understand your feelings... there are lesser number of people who will encourage you if you venture anything new.. that is life and that is how the world is...
This has also happened with me, in my personal life many times... I avoid such wet blankets in my life and move on...If we attach importance to such small people, we cannot progress in life...

The meaning of the phrase is something on the line of "saving a little money only to lose a great deal more due to their own stupidity."
PENNY WISE AND POUND FOOLISH - "Overcareful about trivial things and undercareful about important ones. The literal image is of the person who fusses over small amounts of money to such an extent that he misses opportunities to save or make large amounts. Hi, Thanks for your reply dear. The meaning of this idiom is right what you said. Somehow it related to the cheap thinking of human. I just used this idiom in this article to illuminate the cheap thinking of some human beings. How they loose priceless things by keep focusing on minimal and ordinary things unnecessarily.
