Hi Guys
As part of my masters course, I need to take up a dissertation and I plan to do reaearch on motivation linked with leadership styles, rewards and performance management system of the organisation. Can anyone of you help me with sample questionaire?
Thanks
Shaheen

Dear Shaheen,
Please check if the attached questionnaire suits your requirement. The questionnaire is about employee motivation. The data so collected will of course have to be interpreted to know what leadership styles would suit the employees, and what rewards need be introduced to improve employee performance.
