Dear Sir
I want to know what is the eligibility salary for bonus, every body says here that 10000/- basic + da is eligible for bonus. an employee whose basic + da is exceeds 10000/- is not eligible for bonus
Please clarify 10000/- is basic + da or Gross salary
but some says 3500/- salary is eligible for bonus
which is correct 10000/- or 3500/-
Thanks

Dear Ramiszaro,
As your Basic is less than 10,000 in this regard bonus will be calculated treating the salary as 3,500.
so the bonus will be:-
3500*8.33% or 20%*12
The percentage of bonus will be decided by your company.
