Terminated without providing termination letterHi sir i worked a small company more than 2 years as senior employee.one day hr called and told me our coo complained against me like my performance is not much progress as per his expectation.so either you can continue as a junior employee or you can go out..and hr told whatever your decision you can send a mail to t the same time the company blocked my company email access.i just write a letter with the case as resignation letter format from my personal email id.he thought that i will choose the first option to continue as junior. suddenly he replied i dont want your resignation letter.you are terminated.but they provide me an experience letter which says "you worked here so and so date as senior employee". but officially i didnt get a termination letter. so my question is what can i answer if anyone asked me in any interview like why are you resigned from your last company? do i need to tell they terminated me or i can simply say i resigned from there for career growth. and also i cannot tell them that i was terminated.because i dont have termination letter. and i am thinking that there is a chance to tell a negative review about me from that company if the new employer take a background verification. please help me what can i do.. Bgv issue - terminated from second last company because of performance issue - no relieving letterHi all i am working at xxx technologies currently since last 5 months. xxx has conducted pre and post employment bgv and cleared it.i am allocated to a client projectbanking which is conducting third party bgv again from last 2 months during bgv they have found out that i was terminated from my second last company because of performance issue although in the exp. letter which my employer had given it s clearly mentioned that "my performance was satisfactory during the stay at company and i had resigned on my own accord" and the reason which i gave on bgv form at xxx was "resigned". now they have declared it as discrepancy. they have asked exp. and reliving letters and bank statements. i have provided exp. letter and bank statements only as i don t have relieving letter all docs are genuine. now my questions is since they have found the discrepancy is there any chance they can fire me because of this reason if yes what should i do to save my current job as well as my future job because if they terminate me joining next mnc would be difficult as there would be a red flag on my bgv. i need expert advises. please help.
