I have made a market analysis report for my company to show the salary structure & proposed increment structure under different education & Experience group. The main purpose to present this to management that where we exist in terms of salary & what other companies are providing. We are in process to update the salary structures to old emplyees as well for new joinees also so that our manpower can retailn with us, atleast they will not move only for salry, if we are giving competitive package to them. I requested to please advice regarding this, as I need to justify this.
