Hi, i'm new here, i just came across this site by accident as i was trying to research on articles on compensation and benefits, and it was a good thing that i came across this site cause am learning a lot just by reading through the posts where you exchange pertinent knowledege and ideas surrounding HR systems and management. :lol:
I was wondering if you could suggest to me any article or site that i can visit so i can learn more about recent trends on how to attract and retain employees thru creative compensation & benefits offerings.

In detail, what i am researching on are new and innovative ways of packaging compensation and benefits that helps increase productivity, are cost effective and helps attract and retain talents.
I believe more companies are gearing towards providing higher variable pay vis-a-vis higher salary increases. Also, some are providing simple yet creative benefits that answer the needs of employees like flexitime and flexible benefits. I also read that simple perks like movie tickets, gym passes and the like help boost employee's morale.
If you know of any other trends such as these or you are implementing these in your companies, i'd be very grateful if you can share your ideas and experience with me. Am doing a paper that will recommend benefits and trends such as these and i also need to provide information on how these are to be administered so that we can assess if these are applicable in our company.
