Pl leave during probation
Hi i have a question related to earned leave el or privilege leave pl during probation period. as far my knowledge goes pl accumulates during probation period. only this is we cannot take it on paper. but by some approval companies allows leave during probation also. now as per one of the big company leaves will not be accumulated during probation. this will start accumulating after the probation period. please confirm on this

Dear senior hi i am in little confusion with probation period issue employees are in probation means company just want to check that employees is suitable for that job or not ? so why he will not be eligible for other benefit . like leave casual leave sick leave earned leave on prorated basis. for enrollment in provident fund and esic . if employee is in six month or eight month probation period i e he will be in enroll after completion of 6 or 8 month probation period. is it o.k ? then when we will show his/ her joining date as asked in both .? please clarify my issue regards shailendra kumar sharma

Regarding leave in probation period
If in case any employee who is in probation period takes leave for 1 or 2 months for a genuine reason & rejoin again then should we have to calculate that 2 months in probation??means whether he/she will be on probation for 8 months in this case or normal 6 months probation. please let me know....waiting for reply. regards seema k hr asst.
