I'm Shraddha working in India's largest automobile company, in Training department. I'm a commerce graduate + done Stenography and was working as Secretary to HR Head. After he superannuated, I was transferred to Training department. For the first time I'm doing this type of job and I want to develop myself so that I can give good returns to my employer for which i have been paid. I'm in Supervisory category.
What should I do... please suggest.

Nice to know abt u Deepak. As of now I don't know much abt job opeings in India. I think its better to stick to ur job. Because of recession. Especially here in US is very bad.
