Hello Cite HR memebers, my name is Shimit. I am from Pune and i am persuing my PGDBM-HR from Indian institute Of Management Training.
From Past 20 days i am looking for a job in HR deptt. but not able to get it as such i am a fresher. write now my third Sem is going on but my classess are just on saturday sunday because v r just 10 people in HR in our college so guest faculty comes only on these 2 days. I am posting my resume here for the post of Management Training to get a Kick Start in HR career. If any corporate in pune can just call me for interview then i will be greatfull to that. I dont want any compensation, i dont want any incentive. the thing wich i want is just a good experience on HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT so that i can also go ahead in my interest area. so if some company is interested, i am waiting for there call.

mam..hmm the topic like i am workin as a mangemt trainee for 6 months..so its like whatever activity i am doin in 6 months i have to sum it up at the end of 6 mths and present my boss with a report..the report will consist my experiece rite frm day 1 ..the filed i am working is global marketing..the best thing is its not a research based project so no need of using a statical tool or something..i m relli happy u replid for me thankx
