My organization comes under shops & Establishment act. And a few days back a Labor Inspector comes and asking for the Standing orders certified from the Labor Department. As I do not know much about it because as far as my knowledge after the starting of the any organization, in next six months the company has to make the Standing order and get it certified. But the org. is running from last three years and it’s not having any standing order till now. And I have joined this a few months back so I am not having the clear idea about it.
This is a hotel where we have our own corporate office but they told me to make it by urself for your unit. I request you all to please give me some idea how to go about for this.

In maharashtra establishment having more than 100 employees has to certify its standing orders by Deputy Labour Commissioner.
Please ckeck out with your nearest labour office for the same.

donot give worng advise,it has to be be certified if strength is more than 100.if union is not there than inspector will visit to your establishment elect workers representative for this purpose.
