Hi to all the members of the HR community! I am looking for suggestions from the community on how to run the Training section, map the training processes..etc... Since i started my career life in Human Resources, i have worked as a Human Resources Generalist and now i have joined another Department where there is specialisation and thereby appointed to head the Training Section. Where and how do i start? The situation is overwhelming for me because i am only used to arrangin for workshops only and never full time and short course training!! Come to my rescue please!!!

Hi,
for every question there is an answer in a trainers life. Never beg. If there is any problem you may contact me at .
For your information I think you should start from
1) training need assesment -------
2) Develop a format of questionaire and use to assess
3) Develop a training calander as per the requirement
4) Develop a training module from your team
so on .......... ..........
But put everything in a sequence and write it down as I think there should be a flow of work..
Best wishes.
