Hi all i need help on the process of resignation from my company in dubai free zone. i have completed only 6 months and would like to resign due to some family emergency in my country. please explain to me the process for the cancellation of my visa and please provide me also information on my following queries: 1. do i need to complete 30 days before i can leave? my reasons is emergency and would like to have an immediate resignation. what will be the consequence if i will not complete 30 days? 2. who will shoulder my plane ticket and cancellation fees? 3. do i need to pay anything to my employer for not completing at least 1 year? 4. will i get any gratuity pay for my 5 months of work? note: honestly my company don t have a good system of management. there are no policies that s why i don t know what to expect from them. hoping for your help. kindest regards
Employer not accepting resignation
Hi i have submitted resignation via email 2 weeks back and notice period is 1 month. i had a discussion with management and they are not accepting my resignation. its a start up company which don t have proper process and pressure is high because of these i look for better opportunity. now they are not accepting my resignation since i worked for 7 months in this company and they are expecting me to work for two years two avail relieving and experience letter. can any one suggest me on this how do i can proceed legally or any other option. just to note i haven t signed any bond and as per the appointment letter employee can leave the company on atwill basis. thanks in advance.
Whether the management can deny acceptance of the resignation letter of the employee who submitted resignation?
Dear experts one of the employees is indulged in the theft of company s properties and he is now in interrogation or to say in preliminary enquiry process. in the meanwhile an another employee had submitted resignation of one month notice whereas there is also a suspicion of involvement in the said theft incidence on the said employee who submitted resignation. in this regard i request the expert views on the following lines: 1. whether the management can deny acceptance of the resignation letter of the employee who submitted resignation? 2. is it necessary for the management to accept the resignation and relieve him on expiry of notice period? 3. in the event of the said resigned employee not reporting for work after submission of resignation what would be the course of action to be taken against him? 4. if we accept his resignation whether the management can say in the relieving order that this relieving is without prejudice to reserve the right of the management taking legal criminal action if any in the case of indulgence of theft on employee part is noticed after conclusion of the preliminary enquiry process? 5. any other valuable suggestion please. thanks & regards v sridharan

Hello i am working in a govt organization and things are not going well in my office. there might be some vigilance case pending against me. can i resign and join a private company in this situation? or do i need a proper relieving letter for joining a company? also can a company block the resignation process on grounds of vigilance case or internal proceedings?

Hi seniors? i have triggered exit process and taken then resignation back after discussion.. is it possible to trigger exit process again after just 15 days taking the resignation back?? please let me know if it is possible. thanks goutham.
