This is Pranjal and i am again confuse and want to know that the HR degree is must for worked in any MNC or in good company. I done my MBA in Marketing and finance in 2007. i am going to join consultancy for some exp. is it gud for me or i try in any company.
Pranjal Chaudhary.

Hello Pranjal
I hope you are doing good . With reference to your question, yes it is preferred if you have a degree or a diploma if you want to start your career for starting HR as it will enhance your subjective knowledge about HRM. Since you already hold an MBA in Marketing and finance, at any point of time you can go for a distant dip in HR or an executive program
Going for a consulting firm will b a good option to gain some practical experience which along with your HR degree will surely help you in getting a break with a good organization

Thnks for ur reply Sir, if i do distant diploma in HR for 1 year it is enough for me or it is must that i have to do 2 year degree course in HR. please tell me about growth in HR field which department is good for me HR-Recruitment,Executive,payroll or generalist for me.

Hi Prajnal,
Yo have already acuqired a MBA dergee you can enroll for M.HRM course or MSW as you know any pg courses is for two year and for diploma you will be spending one year and if you spend a year more you can get PG certificate
