I had the priviledge to design and implement HR policies for my last org. But with the difference that they alreasy had HRdept and policies, i had to redesign them according to the current needs.
You can start with procedural documentation of each and every process linked with HR like recruitment, t&D, PMS, Leave&attendence, joining et al....
This will give a base to improve them further. If u find any prb, i will b glad to help....
