I am in the process of drafting a Site Report basically to get feed back on the Site Construction Activities. The idea is to get to know the utilisation of manpower available at each of the sites. This process should help the company in identifying if some of the employees are free and whose services could be effectively used in other projects who would be requiring additional manpower based on pressure of work load. I request some the of HR Professionals to give thought to the above and give me a draft of the report which could be implemented. An early reply would be helpful.
