Company cheats after sending onsite
Hello i am currently working in an it company they send me for onsite assignment. according to policy company was giving me onsite allowance & indian salary but they have stopped the indian salary & start giving salary at onsite. company was not informed me this before in india. the amount i am getting is not affordable at all if i live with family. i am asking them to send me back to india from last 4 months but not getting any response. also they are not giving me any salary slip & even have no details about the pf graduity & others. my family is very much worried now. i dont know what to do i am not getting any reply from hr for salary issues & all. do i go india by my own or should i send an email to & indian high commission as a complaint against my company. please suggest me what should i do this is becoming very panic for me & my family now.
Can i put resignation notice before going onsite or after coming from onsite?
I work as a software testing engineer at a small it company. my notice period is 3 months currently planning to serve notice period. but my company decided to send me onsite client visit this is not for training only on onsite work. my question is can i put resignation notice before going onsite or after coming from onsite? please suggest me which is better? in my offer letter nothing mentioned about notice period during onsite.

Can hr professionals think of onsite opportunities.....?
Hi all of us know that the technical guys are always interested in onsite opportunities. they are having ample chances to go onsite for shorter/longer duration with any of the it cos. but i have never heard of any hr person is going onsite for a client meet/interaction. so do you think that these onsite opportunities are never made for hr guys like us...? lets share the views thanks k. sanket
Sample bond copy/agreement copy please !!!
Hi all kindly help me sending a sample bond copy/overseas agreement copy since i am sending my employee abroad from the company. since the attrition rate is so high that if this employee after gaining onsite experience would shift the company once he is back. to avoid this i need some formalities to be done before sending him abroad. please help at the earliest. regards jitha
Notice period
Hi all friends i need an expert advice.please guide me on the same. i am working in software company in bangalorefrom past 9 months i am working in onsite assignment. i have no contract/bond to work in onsite and i was getting only additional allowance apart from india salary recently i have resigned from the company as i was not able to work in onsite due to health problems i want to serve my notice period in india but not at client place citing health problemsbut company insists me to server 3 month notice period in onsite. can the company go for legal action against me if i dont serve my notice period in onsite? what i have to do if i want to serve my notice period in india ?
