Hi,
I will be developing the HR Manual/ Employee Handbook for my organisation. It's a small pvt ltd company and this is the first time we are working on the manual.
What are the points that one needs to keep in mind while designing the manual for the first time?
Could someone please share a sample HR manual for a small pvt ltd company based in Bangalore, India?
Regards,
Jaya

You can add( in handbook ) your organisation history in short, then some regullar rules and regullations, meei to whom in particullar situations, some emergancy phone numbers like Fire brigade,Nearest police station, Doctor, Hospital, Esi hospitals,AMBULANE,
You can include the calender as well as the monthly planning sheets for the individuals and many more as you feel required.
In hr manual you have to include all job profiles, categories, whom to reporting,PMS,Organisational chart, transperant salary structure for all, company policies, chances to improvement.
feel free to revert if any
