dear Navistar,
here goes the mail for you:
This is to bring to your kind notice the non-receipt of my salary since May 2009. I request you to kindly look into the same and facilitate early release of my dues as one payment. If it is difficult for the company to release the same at one go, request that the payment be made in 2-3 instalments (But paid early) and paid up to date. As salaried employee, I have commitments due for which I have not made payment since May 2009 and am being followed by my creditors. I apologise for the unnecessary course of events, which has forced me to raise this issue and draw it to your attention.
I would appreciate an early settlement of my dues and thank you in advance for a positive reply.

Hello Navistar,
You shall write it the way Mr. Ramesh had meant. That is an impressive one. Again you shall also find the reason for the non payment. If it is in regards to the Company's present market situation, then you shall start looking for a new work place....

What you have quoted can't be true (at least I cant buy this), if it is true may please send a letter, I hope that you or anybody can draft yourself.
And send a copy with relevant documents to the labour commissionar(after all it is their job, give them some work)
But, I am still wondering how efficient your employer is who got job done with out paying. & your devotion for job who work with out getting paid.
