What do you mean by it's not available on the net? Who are you and why do you need it urgently? For what use are you going to put it to? What's the scenario you are interested in?
I got over 18,000 hits searching the web using Google. If you can't find a free downloadable one, kindly trace the email ID of the author of a scholarly article and write to him/her.

I am doing my masters in Industrial psychology..as a part of my programme i am undergoing a dissertation..now the topic for my dissertation is "Multiculturalism"..
here i am interested in studying the Interpersonal relations of employees in a multicultural environment..
I have searched for MPQ but it isn't free online and i have also mailed the concerned author for the same..Just in case u find something related to my topic which u feel u could share with me please do !!
