1. Is there any tool that could be used to assess the ATTITUDE of a candidate? (Pls guide for the position of marketing officer).

To check the attitude of a candidate, "Behavioural Interviewing" is the solution. Behavioural interviewing works on simple principle - past behaviour is guide to future behaviour. To conduct behavioural interviews, interviewer should be a matured person.
