Vinay, so many questions, so little hours in the day. Who is “we” and what organization are you talking about? The answers will all depend on the context of your questions.

You should look up some good stuff on Organisation Development(OD). You will find the answers to your queries there. What you have asked for requires very elaborate explanations which you may not expect from the forum.

Hello Vinay...for a Moment I felt as if you are taking our exam on CiteHR. Kindly do your homework...before coming on public platforms for advice and suggestions. All are busy and have same time. Ideally spekaing you could have shared your views on the subject...and then asked for suggestions and areas of improvement. The questions...that you have asked...

One can write a book on this. It would have also helped us to give a reply had you mentioned about your industry type...your experience and a bit about your background.
