Hi,
I have filled a PF transfer form (provided by the current organization) for getting the PF amount.
But full amount not get transferred. I have enquired in my previous organization they told me that "some part of the PF amount is paid as a pension amount, may be pension amount was not get transferred. It may get transfer after some time."
So I want to know that is that correct that only EPF amount was transferred in my account and pension amount will get transfer later?
Or complete amount should get transfer?
What I need to do to get that remaining amount?
I have asked in my current company, they are little busy in some other task they will look after it, but I want to get to know it ASAP.
Please let me know what I could do for it?

Some times First they will transfer PF amount initially & Pension Fund will be transferred in a week or 10 days. If getting too delay just go and ask the PF department. While going there U just take the bank statement of the amount which credit to your account. Tell me the PF account belongs to which city.
Even I had some probs with PF. I got just around 60% of the fund. The PF department told as that all related to my account. Nobody were responding in the PF department for my query. I spoke to the previous employer & asked for FORM 3A for the document proof for the contribution status & Sent to the PF Commissioner just 2 days back that to by registered post with acknowledgement. Now I should get the proper reply. I am sure as I will get the full fund of mine. I wont leave this matter.

My PF account number is "MH/BAN/48510/227", it is from Mumbai.
I have a question: How do I get the bank statement, I have not withdrawn the amount, but transferred it from Mumbai to Nagpur account.
I don’t know the actual date when these amounts get transferred.
HR person is busy to whom I can ask for rest of the money, and who actually fill the form and give it to the agent :(
I have enquired to some of my friends one said that it'll get transferred.
And one said that you can get pension fund only when you do complete settlement that is when you withdraw the amount.
I am so confused.
I'll try to get it resolve.

Hi Aparna,
If you have private bank they will send the monthly statements to your communication address or you can check the account details online too.
I believe that you will be having rough figure of the amount credited. Based on that you can identify when it is credited.
Just get the copy FORM3A from the HR and keep all the relevant documents ready.
If you give the PF withdrawal forms then there is no relationship between company & PF department. The department will directly send the amount to our account.
If possible you can meet PF department else You can communicate the PF department over phone or by registered letter with acknowledgement so they have to answer our queries.
Don't Get confused. You will get your amount

Hi,
Sometimes it takes a month also to get the amount credited in to your account. For my PF it took more than a 15-20 days within the city to get my amount transfer to my account , but I received both the amounts at the same time. Yes but its taking more time then you need to enquire in PF office, or you can check the status of your claim on EPFO.

Dear Your previous Company told is Right. Incase of Withdrawal you get full amount, but in case of trasfer you get on your portion of PF & 3.67% of Company

When ever u transfer the amount all amount PF + Pension will get transfered and not just PF amount. And Aparna ment by transfering,means she transfered the bank account from mumbai branch to Nagpur br.

Dear All,
If I have correctly understood Aparna had submitted Form 13 to RPFC -Mumbai office for transfer of her PF balance to her PF account with RPFC - Nagpur office. Banks are not involved here but the two different RPFC offices within the same region i,e Maharashtra.
RPFC office always transfer both PF and Pension at the same time and mark a copy to the previous Company from whose code the amount is getting transferred to a new code. Aparna should check with both the RPFC offices at Mumbai and Nagpur as to whether the money has been transferred with a copy to his previous Company

Hi Aparna, You can contact your Nagpur PF office to know the actual amount transfered to your New PF account. ie., Both PF account and Pension account (15.67% and 8.33%). Shanth 98417 04543
