People here do not help do not upload new and updated stuff. only suggest on looking at older documents. most of them don t even comment and contribute. clearly site and members are not interested anymore.
Hr visit to office outside city - what i should do there as this is my 1st visit?
I am the hr and have been asked to visit the office of a city. kindly advice me what i should do there as this is my 1st visit to the office. i will be thankful if i get a reply to my post as this is my 3rd post and i don t get reply.

Statutory files to be kept at site - any pf, esi, gratuity, bonus registers/ notices are to be displayed at the site which are statutory?
Hi readers i am in the hr dept of a company which operates out of igi airport delhi and soon will be expanding to the airports of other cities as well. could you please suggest what all statutory hr registers we are required to keep at the site in case of any comliance officer visit. we maintain the attendance register at the site salary is processed centrally thus we have it in soft copy which may be shown on request. other than that any pf esi gratuity bonus registers/ notices are to be displayed at the site which are statutory?

The site has been a source of knowledge learning and practical tips on hr. the database is extensive and mostly practical live incident based. hr deals with people and people deal with hr. my journey of learning has been very positive with almost 3000 posts and in process reading and rereading original acts posts by learned members and most important queries by those who wanted information. the welfare oriented nature of all labour acts is indeed a tribute to the founding fathers of the nation/constitution. also we learnt how some businesses tried to short circuit the provisions as seen from queries and also how members gave tips to counter such attempts. 2000 appreciations is indeed a tribute to the learned members who raised queries gave replies and encouraged me to learn further and post on the site. i must definitely say learning value of the site is indeed impressive and all hrs must visit the site and educate themselves and educate visitors with their wealth of knowledge.
