What is salary range for operation manager with 8 yrs exp in good company
From India, Jamshedpur
Hi Jayesh,
Don't you think in the present situation, the pay what you have mentioned is very less. But again that depends on the company and the city in which they are staying.
In Hyderabad, the pay package for an Operations Manager with 8 yrs experience in a good company will be getting a minimum of 10 - 12 Lakhs per annum. (giving this data after studying thoroughly the present market status)

Hi Sirisha,
Whatever you have mentioned is quite true. In Hyderabad, the salary range for an ordinary manager of any non-technical function with 5 to 6 years experience gets a minimum salary of 3-5 lakhs per annum. For an Operations Manager who should be preferably with an Engineering or Technical background who are very difficult to get, the salary range will be definitely in the proximity of 10-12 lakhs.

Dear Mr.Rahul,
The compensation being offerred to any employee varies from industry to industry and also individual's excperience, skills set etc. and job profile.
The compensation varies based on job profile too.
As such, it may not be correct to suggest any details.
With best wishes
