Hi i am working in a company as branch manager. one of junior had come to branch on deputation from h.o. on deputation. he worked with me in my branch for 3 months as an accountant. he was getting salary of rs. 7000/ per month. now his salary is fixed rs.10000/ per month but he suppose to get rs.3000/ extra on addition to his previous salary as an arear for last two months. ie he should get total 6000/ arrear to his current salary after discussion with the director of h.o. he requested me to write a letter to him regarding this arrear. so can any one please suggest me that what should i write in a letter to the director of h.o. please help me on this regard guys.
