We would like to inquire about setting up a call center.
We are currently into Real Estate business by the name of Akriti Developers and want to diversify in different LOB.
We have a basic infrastructure to set up a profit center but would like more information and assistance for the same.
We want to start up a 50 – 100 seated profit center with an inbound Technical/Semi technical support campaign.

Location of the center would be Delhi – Dwarka

Requirements -
· Fair estimate of monthly investments and returns
· Support in Networking/CTI/ACD setup/Predictive Dialers.
· VOIP,CRM,Bandwith,Domain,Intranet Sites
· Customizable Internet Sharing for Management, Agents
· Software Installations
· Infrastructure Development
· Designing and Developing the workstations, executive cabins,furnitures,partions,
· Identifying and analyzing authentic call center projects
· Assistance in project implementation for at least 3 months.
· Assistance in Operations
· Training the staff
· Setting up the management hierarchy and organizational culture
· Complete MIS and reporting formats
· Client handling and business development
· Technical support and training.
