Hi, thanks for sharing, however, if sample PA provide will be more clear to how the PA could apply on real working environment and indepth understanding.
It is more useful on academy purpose, nevertheless, with the guideline and basic info will help those new HR personal to think about how to improve their current PA system.
Attach 2 graphic rating scale method for reference, do comments if any improvement.
