Present officer is asking for original resignation acceptance letter from previous office
I resigned from a government job of state west bengal in indi due to some personal reason . but resignation was not accepted instantly and it was accepted after 6 months of submitting resignation letter after burning much wood and straws . now after 3 years i have got another state government job of west bengal and the employer is asking for original resignation acceptance letter but problem is the original letter has been damaged very much and it is not in condition of reading so the employer has refused to take it and then i offer him a photocopy of the letter but this time also he refuse to take it and tell me to bring a newly issued resignation acceptance letter from previous office but the previous officer is telling i will not issue any resignation acceptance letter as a great loss was caused due to your sudden resignation. now what should i do ???

Dear all i have resigned from my current organisation without notice period due to accident. i took 1 month leave then i have decided to resign. i gave late update to my boss about resignation and accident. in resignation mail i have requested to provide experience certificate and pending salary. however my boss accepted my sudden resignation and about salary. ::like this i got a reply frm my boss:: thanks for the late update..sorry to learn about your current plight i really wish you had informed us on time about the accident wondering why you delayed this and did not bring it into our attention on time via formal correspondence however we will do the pending salary disbursement on sept 01st wish you a speedy recovery please coordinate with mrs kurup i wish to write a thanks giving mail to my boss could you help me in drafting such a mail. awaiting your early response. regards maggi
Providing documents in case of sudden resignation.
Hi all i am a hr manager in an it company. i have a query related to an employee resignation. an employee has completed 6 months in month of may but she took sick leave of one month after that and soon resigned when her sick leaves were completed. shall i give her experience and relieving letter? she is not in condition to to work in notice period as stated in her resignation. what should be done ? thanks

Hello please help me i have to give a spot resignation due to sudden declaration of exams conducted in written mode not online so needed time for preparation hence did not serve notice period but wrote a spot resignation describing reason but company forcibly saying i will be marked as absconding and they falsely said it is mentioned in appointment letter as ' failure to complete notice period or buying out notice period by employee and spot resigning is considered as abscond but something like this is not at all written in appointment letter given to me they just explained what is the procedure to discontinue from working so tell me if a employee is giving spot resignation and days before giving spot resignation i have completed my shift hours without any absent days so just because i am giving spot resignation is it right for them to mark me as 'abscond' meaning of abscond : when an employee is not reporting to work for consecutive days and has not informed his managers and peers about his whereabouts or the reason of his absence this situation is called as abscond i cant figure out after understanding above meaning of abscond how are they marking me as 'abscond' please help
Employee asking for salary for notice period - she has given resignation due to her own issues
Dear seniors i got an issue with one of our employees. she has given resignation due to her own issues and informed that she will serve the notice period. but as she has given resignation on her own we relived her from duty today itself. now she is asking to pay a 1month salary for the notice period. please suggest to me what we can do in this case.
F&f settlement after un-conditional resignation - only basic pay shall be paid and not the gross
I worked for a corporate organization for more than four years and all of a sudden during office closure hours insisted to submit an unconditional resignation. however after submission they told me that only basic pay shall be paid and not the gross. can i seek legal support for both reasons now? will law support me?
