For Employee Anniversary
1.Retention bonus (Could be applicable only on completing 2 yrs)
2.One on One meeting with HR Director - who in turn hands over an appreciation certificate at the employees work station with his/her team around.
3.One on One meeting: Dinner with Technical Director & the employee.
4.Memento
5.Involve the family; include family members in the recognition event
6.CEO to adorn the employee with a “Pin” plus a gift coupon

Hi Sanchi,
Why not a good knowledgeable book.....Finally we are in an industry where we have to update our knowledge continuosly. U can also gift him a education program to further improve his skills. We do this after an employee completes 2 yrs of service with the company to appreciate their good work & add to their knowledge.

Hi,
For one year completion, you can consider giving a Thank You card signed by HR member/team members with a bouquet.
Second year you may consider giving a gift voucher worth of 2K.
3rd year you may categorize him as veteran & give him something which makes him identify from whole janatha - a different color tag or something like that

i too liked the book idea also a small party in the office premises itself wud b agud way wit the staff memebers and the boss and a small interaction session whr the boss acknowledge the fact and congratulat the employee n take his feedback regardn his one year in the organisation.
