This helps in fixing the age on a particular day before recruiting.

Problem, without the TO date are if the System Date is wrong, you would
end up calculating wrong date..

Nice presentation,
But it can be done otherwise also with functions "DATEDIF" and "TODAY" (or any date). It would be lot more easier and also useful in calculations for age, due dates, confirmation dates ... etc...
