This is Reshma from Mumbai & I would like to know about the Rule for construction of Diesel Tank at factory location, under the factories Act.
One of the consultant has stated that it should be underground. Is it complusory under the Factories Act.
Iam a bit confused.:?: Please help me out at the earliest.

Dear Reshma, If it exceeds a certain capacity you need to be complaint under the Explosives Act also. You must also check the Explosives Act? Regards, Sanjib.
