Just saw this, and do not know if you are still looking for this information.
I am attaching a single-slide PPT. I made this for you based on the org structure of one of the telecommunications I worked for in the past. A couple of key things you need to keep in mind while reviewing this org structure.
1. The company I worked for was one of the top 3 US Mobile Telecomm companies, so the org structure is pretty large and well-organized
2. The Org Structure starts with the CEO and goes towards CIO and IT Organization only. There are many other orgs of the company that branch from the CEO (CFO, Marketing, Sales, Retail, Product Development, and so on). These orgs are not shown in this slide.
3. Since it is one of the top 3 companies and have a large structure, you may not be looking for something as large. If you are looking for something small, see if you can adapt this to your specific needs.
