Hi,
We are exploring options for introducing a retention bonus framework to retain key employees. My company is in the IT services space having around 200+ employees in India.
Any inputs on the prevalent practices in the industry in this regard will be highly welcome and greatly appreciated. It would be really great if I could have your inputs at the earliest.

Hi,
We too are planning a retention Bonus for our employees. Infact even i was planning to fish some suggestion through my post on Cite HR. My Company is in to Wines & Spirits.
