Employee and customer feedback
Hi all my company asked me to develop some questionnaires one is an employee feedback about the company. what we need is the feedback of the employees about company product services and technologies not about hr practices and policies. i searched through google to find some samples. but i could find only employee feedback samples about the company hr practices. similarly i need customer feedback form about the company. the outcome of the survey should be the answers for the below both in the case of employee feedback and customer feedback what shall the company stop doing? what the shall the company start doing? what shall the company continue doing? i am not able to start with this. if anybody can help me in this regards it would be a great pleasure. thanks and regards shaan.

Dear sir / mam i would like to know about your positive feedback in the matter of an employee when shoot him self and declared dead during the working hours. even he has covered under the esi act & epf act. looking for your support and feedback regarding the deceased employee s family will get the benefits under the workmen compensation act 1923 or whether the claim will be settled by the esi authority as his family had already filed the case for workmen compensation. you all are requested to share your experience with proper attached supporting to resolve the matter. regards sunil sharma mob: 9910126718

Dear friends i have a case study for you and seek for your valuable feedback on the same. one of my friends was working with a reputed firm in the position of gm. one night while returning to his home from an official party/ meeting which was conducted in some other premises he met with an accident at 23:00 hrs. and passed away in the hospital after a painful struggling with his life for long 10 days. now the company is playing with the helplessness of his family. it seems from thier attitude that they will not give any compensation to the deceased s family. his age was 36 at the time of death and he has left back his wife and 5 yrs old child. i will be very thankful to you if you can show me the correct way for claiming the compensation. whether employee compensation act is applicable in this case. if yes then how to start with. what are the other death benefits that we can claim on the company. your response will be highly appreciated. thanks & regards subh
Voluntary compensation by company for closure of business - if not paid?
My company was a german mnc with 35 employees in all company decided to close its business in india and declared 3 months salary to be paid to each employees as compensation. company relived me from service on 30th of july 2017 but did not pay my compensation amount yet. please advice me how can i get my compensation from company?
