How to start career in hr field
Dear seniors iam jaykumar i have finished my mba in 2010 im a fresher i have been trying for the job past 2 months im getting lots of opportunities but all are as a hr recruiter is it the right decision to start my career from hr recruiter because im eager to start my career in manufacturing concern where i can learn not only recruitment bt also from a to z hr operations please suggest me sir i need your help can i start from hr recruiter for shall i try for another opportunities.. please sir help me
For generalist profile what should i do
Hifriends im an mba hr but presently im working as an secretary previously i worked as an counselor for 1yr and recruiter for 4 months. my question is till now i dnt have any generalist exp but i wanted to work as hr generalist so suggest me and guide how i have to cope up in getting that kind of job?

Whether a it recruiter can become a hr?
Hi everyone good day j i was searching for hr communities for past few days luckily today i found it. a big thanks for the person who introduced this site. basically im a b.e graduate but my passion is hr initially as a fresher i don t found much opportunities for hr in it companies. but i got my business analyst role in a software company so i continued with that. but i had a thought of doing mba hr simultaneously later on i realized that if i start searching for a hr once after completing mba then also i can be consider as a fresher only with a good experience of business analyst which will become too difficult for me reach my role. based on that understanding i started searching a hr role then finally i got a designation of us it recruiter in a standard consultancy. now with a 5 months of experience as business analyst im jumping to a company as as it recruiter. my worry is whether a person with the it recruitment experience can enter into software company as a hr?? please clarify my query.. regards sivaranjani

Dear seniors i hope you all doing good here i put my quires many times but i couldn t get any clear suggestion..first let me introduce abt myself.. i am karthick completed my mba hr 2010 passed out past 5months i have been working as us it recruiter in a private concern...im not interested with the present jobreason being night shift..before i thought i can manage.. now feeling too hard to work... also im not interested in recruitment.. im planning to move payroll process...i dont know my decision is correct or not... i wish to do some value added courses on payroll process.... seniors pls suggest me out of these..
