What is the procedure for Layoff ? where more than 500 employees working & someof them are Unionised.
How do we calculate the compensation?
As per ID act - 50% ( Basic+DA), What about other allowances ( HRA, Edu, Medical) , What about PF?
What are the forms we need to use?

Dear Sanjiv
For Lay off & other related matters you may go through chapter V B of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947. You are to follow the forms of your State Industrial Disputes Rules in which your unit is situated.
