Dear Friends,
Managing an office is not an easy task. It requires a variety of skills and a lot of patience.
Good Managers are cast in different moulds – gay or colourless, garrulous or reticent, dominating or self effacing – but, above all, they are efficient. Effective manager keeps a strict control over their time. Their focus is on outward contribution. They achieve results not by slogging, but through good, pertinent direction.
