The Act is regarding the out of state people (espacially for Un-Skilled, Semi-Skilled and Skilled workmen) working in your current state for doing contract works. For this the Government has fixed some specific wages to pay to the working class people. Its almost Contact Labour (R&A) Act, but rule and regulations were modified accordinglyl.
