Alwar ji as i had attended one training programe on last saturday the trainer as defferenciated the Core and Gernalist profile as follows.....
Core :
*Manpower Planning
*Recruitment
*Joining formalities
*Induction
*T&D
*Exit interview process
*MIS reports

Gernalist:
*Policy implementation
*Employee Relation Mngt.
*Retention Stratagy
*PMS
*Compitency mapping
*Admin responsibilities
But i am not sure that is why i raised this thread.
Please clarify is there any difference between these two.
