Dear all,
I finished my MBA in HR in 2009. Due to lack of opportunity i joined a recruitment consultancy but after a couple of months i grew restless with that kind of work! So i quit and joined a start up company which is couple of yrs old.
Currently we are 5 employees in the organization but we are looking at expanding in the next 3 months. So as of now my profile consists of recruitment, making of proformas like offer letter, experience letter, confirmation letter, salary slips, etc. I also made the employee handbook.
I am also in the process of documenting the entire system which is followed by the company. i am doin that with the help of the CEO.
Since i have only a couple of months experience and that also in recruitment, i dont know wat else i can do in the company in order to help it grow and also in order that i can learn more.
Please give me some suggestions!

even mine is the same position as stated by Jamila. I have done my mba in hr and through campus placemnt nly i got thru ds sartup company which is in the expnsion phase, being a fresher i am nt aware bout the corporate systems and my boss told me to srtrt d wrk frm scratch.
So as of nw m into HR policy formulation (wid d hlp of CEO), documentation n oder Admin activities, but cant decide if ds is d rite place or nt n hw else cn i increase my KRAs.
Plz suggest...
